Context
As part of a newly established team at KPMG, I owned the technology and business transformation portfolio across major internal business functions, working directly with the KPMG CIO and senior leaders across Finance, Tax, Procurement, HR, Sales Enablement and Global Marketing.
The challenge
Connect business priorities with technology investments across the Office of the CFO, while leading complex global programs and multidisciplinary delivery teams.
What I did
- Designed and implemented a new IT operating model
- Led technology and transformation initiatives across the Office of the CFO, including Finance, Tax, Procurement and HR
- Delivered a major ServiceNow HR transformation and supported enterprise modernization across SAP, Coupa and other platforms
- Brought AI into the CFO organization through the Microsoft Enterprise Chatbot
- Supported Sales Enablement and Global Marketing, including Salesforce adoption
- Created governance, executive reporting and performance frameworks that improved visibility and accountability
- Consolidated vendors and contracts, led negotiations, mapped roles and optimized the resource model
The outcome
Designed and implemented a new IT operating model, vendor consolidation, and resource mapping, delivering 35% cost savings. Led key business transformation programs across SAP S/4HANA, ServiceNow, Microsoft Enterprise Chatbot, and other strategic initiatives.
