This website is operated by JTM Solutions Consulting ("JTM Solutions", "we", "us"). This policy explains what information we collect through the website, why we collect it and how we look after it.
2. Information you give us
When you send a consultation request, we collect the details you enter in the form: your first and last name, business email address, company, and the area you need help with, together with anything you choose to add, such as your phone number, your role, your preferred timing, a preferred date and time for a first conversation, and your message.
3. Information collected automatically
When you submit the form, we record the date and time, the page you sent it from, your IP address and your browser type. We use these only to protect the form from misuse and spam.
The website uses a small number of cookies that are needed for it to work, including a session cookie and a security token that protects forms. We do not currently use advertising or analytics cookies. If that changes, this policy will be updated first.
4. How we use your information
We use the information you send to reply to your request, to arrange and prepare for a conversation, and to keep a record of our correspondence. We do not sell, rent or trade your information, and we do not add you to a mailing list without asking.
5. Emails we send
After you submit the form, you receive one confirmation email. Any further emails are replies to your request.
6. Who can see your information
Your information is seen only by JTM Solutions Consulting and by the service providers that host the website and deliver email on our behalf, who may use it only for that purpose. We will disclose information if the law requires it.
7. How long we keep it
We keep consultation requests for as long as they are needed to respond and to maintain a record of our business correspondence, and then delete them.
8. How we protect it
The website is served over an encrypted connection, form submissions are validated and rate limited, and stored information is accessible only to authorized people.
9. Your choices
You can ask to see, correct or delete the information you have sent us. To do so, send a request through the contact form and mention that it concerns your personal information.
10. Links to other websites
This website links to other sites, such as LinkedIn. Their own privacy policies apply when you visit them.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top of the page shows when it last changed.
