I've built my career around one thing: bringing people together to get complex work done.
I started my corporate career twenty years ago as a project manager at Dr Pepper Snapple Group and worked my way into senior consulting and transformation leadership. At Capgemini, I became known for stepping into challenging client environments, rebuilding relationships, restoring executive confidence and turning engagements around.
Later, as a Director at KPMG reporting directly to the KPMG CIO, I led major transformation initiatives and global teams of 100+ professionals, bringing together business and technology stakeholders across functions and geographies.
Today, through JTM Solutions, I bring together enterprise experience, entrepreneurial thinking, strong relationships and a hands-on approach to help leaders and teams turn possibility into progress.

Enterprise experience
At KPMG, as part of a newly established team, I owned a $30M+ technology and business transformation portfolio across Finance, Tax, Procurement, HR, Sales Enablement and Global Marketing, working directly with the KPMG CIO and senior leaders.
At Capgemini, I managed a $15M+ consulting portfolio with organizations including Cisco, Cox Communications, Toyota, Shelter Insurance and Royal Bank of Canada, leading engagement recoveries, executive workshops, QBRs, operating-model assessments, solution shaping and commercial strategy.

I advised Rechat through Interlock Partners, building the rollout plan from scratch and leading the rollout of its subscription technology platform to the largest U.S. real estate brokerage, with 70% adoption. More recently, I supported aMVoo Consulting, an emerging technology consultancy, with go-to-market strategy, operating-model development and resource planning.
This mix of enterprise and startup experience has taught me how to adapt quickly, whether an organization needs structure, transformation or simply experienced hands to get something moving.

How I lead
One of my greatest strengths is building relationships, breaking down silos and bringing stakeholders with different priorities together around a common goal. To me, transformation has always been about people as much as process and technology.
- 01Understand the problem
- 02Bring the right people together
- 03Break down silos
- 04Create visibility
- 05Establish accountability
- 06Move the work forward
Background
I was born in Latvia and first came to the United States at 17 as an exchange student. I speak English, Latvian and Russian, so I understand change, cultural adaptation and finding common ground personally as well as professionally.
I had the opportunity to work with Tereza at Dr Pepper early in her career, and even then she quickly became a go-to person for our IT leadership. There was very little you could put in front of Tereza that she couldn't figure out and get done. She combined a friendly, engaging personality with confidence, strong presence, and a relentless ability to deliver. Tereza earned the trust of our IT VPs because they knew they could count on her to take ownership and get results.
