Fractional, part-time, interim, project-based and advisory engagements. The work can be on-site, remote or hybrid, depending on what the situation needs.
Do I need to know exactly what role I'm hiring for?
No. If you're not exactly sure what role you need, but you know something isn't getting done, that's a good place to start. We can work out the shape of the help together.

Founders, executives, leadership teams and investors, as well as consulting firms and technology companies. The organizations range from startups and growing companies to complex global enterprises.
Do you work with consulting firms as well as their clients?
Yes. For consulting firms and technology companies I can step into the space between sales, clients and delivery: stabilizing engagements, strengthening executive relationships and leading proposals.
Do you need to be the face of the initiative?
No. I can work at the executive level and I am equally comfortable rolling up my sleeves with the teams doing the work. I don't need to be the face of the initiative. I'm there to help you get it done.

Enterprise applications, AI and data, ServiceNow, cloud, FinOps, SAP including S/4HANA, Coupa, Salesforce, Workday, Snowflake and AWS, along with automation and modernization programs.

Automotive, financial services, insurance, healthcare, energy, travel, retail, technology, manufacturing and distribution, professional services, the public sector, private equity and M&A.

PMP since 2007, Certified ScrumMaster and ITIL Practitioner, a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Southwest Missouri State University and a Graduate Certificate in Strategic Leadership from SMU.

English, Latvian and Russian.
How does an engagement start?
Send a short note about the situation through the consultation form. We then have a first conversation about what is stuck, who is involved and what a good outcome looks like, and agree the scope and way of working before I step in.
