That has been the thread through twenty years of corporate and consulting work, starting as a project manager at Dr Pepper Snapple Group.

At Capgemini I was known for stepping into difficult client environments, rebuilding relationships and turning engagements around. As a Director at KPMG reporting directly to the KPMG CIO, I led transformation work and global teams of 100+ people. I have also advised startups and private equity backed companies, including Rechat through Interlock Partners.

I was born in Latvia, came to the United States at 17 as an exchange student, and work in English, Latvian and Russian.
